Blindman RM20 Last Prefix TE UNC

I guess by now every Tom, Dick and Harry, even newbie in numis out there probably searching very hard for the Blindman series RM20. One may find the TA, not surprising costing about RM400++ per piece for UNC condition.. What about the last prefix TE?
